Shipping

USA Orders & Tariffs:

US orders of Toys, Tusks, Horns, Stickers, Alchemy & Minis. Our items are CUSMA compliant and are Made In Canada which means they should not incur any tariffs.

  • Canada Post Shipping DDP: The US Postal Service is ignoring CUSMA compliance and trade treaties with Canada and requires all items to be shipped with a 20-25% duty on it regardless of CUSMA status. This cost is included in your shipping label total.
  • FedEx/UPS/DHL Shipping DDU: These items are shipped DDU meaning that the carrier will contact you directly prior to delivery should customs deem a tariff tax is necessary. A current rate of 10% is being charged for CUSMA complaint products. 

NOTE FOR US CUSTOMERS: We do not profit or retain any duties and taxes on behalf of the US government. The Trump administration is trying to force small companies in Canada to launder these illegal and treaty breaking taxes on you through companies like ours so that it can claim a windfall on imports when really that money is coming from you and going directly to them. We have no control over the amount of tax collected on you by your own government and have done our best to minimize the costs you get charged. We suggest you contact your elected officials to complain about these illegal tariffs as we have no power to change them from Canada.

EU + UK Orders & Tariffs:

EU + UK orders of Toys, Tusks, Horns, Stickers, Alchemy & Minis may incur tariffs and duties according to your countries import rules. We have no control over the amount you are charged by customs on product entry. 

  • Canada Post/FEDEX/UPS/DHL: These items are shipped DDU meaning that the carrier will contact you directly prior to delivery should customs deem a tariff tax is necessary. 

Estimated Times:

(Print On Demand Products)

We use Print On Demand services for all of our apparel (not including hoods and other accessories). As each order is a custom print please allow time for your order to be completed. Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

  • USA: 8-17 Days fulfillment + 5-­8 business days for shipping * Note we have noticed up to 1 week delays at the border for some US shipments since the new tariffs have been implemented.
  • Canada 8-10 Days fulfillment + 6-­12 business days for shipping 
  • World: 8-10 Days fulfillment +15-­25 business days for shipping 

Your order will be sent out on average within 8-10 days of ordering.

Adult Toys and Tusks

All adult toys are shipped in discrete packaging and labeled as Silicone Sculptures in customs documents. Tusks are shipped in branded packaging and listed as Novelty Tusks in customs documents. Orc.Style is not responsible for any customs charges associated with importing one of our items.  

Tracked Packages
  • USA: 1-3 Days fulfillment + 5-­10 business days for shipping
  • Canada 1-3 Days fulfillment + 5-10 business days for shipping 
  • World: 1-3 Days fulfillment +10-­20 business days for shipping 
Untracked Packages
  • USA: 1-3 Days fulfillment + 10-­20 business days for shipping
  • Canada 1-3 Days fulfillment + 5-10 business days for shipping 
  • World: 1-3 Days fulfillment + 4 weeks -­ 6 weeks days for shipping 

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 3 weeks additional time for untracked international orders. International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order Never Arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at here making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
