Orphaned at a young age by marauders, Kaa was raised by Kozaks deep in the purple mountains of Oko. She has dedicated her whole life to mastering her body, mind and soul. She claims to have no heart. Possessing a life/death touch she travels the spiral bringing death to those she deems worthy of it.
