This massive Shepherd is a Legendary Ultra known for his booming voice and flamboyant persona. He resides in White Tusk, the city he helped found. He is the leader of the free people of Oko. His sparkle allows him to speak with all manner of flora and fauna, a skill he uses to keep up with all the goings-on in the realm. Truly a man of the people, Hrar avoids many of the trappings of his position, preferring the pub to court life.

200 years ago Hrar saved the realm of Oko from a dark fate that destroyed the capital city of Emmerdon. While the victory came at great cost both to Hrar, his party, and the populace, the people offered him the Coral Crown of leadership. Hrar turned down the crown and held open elections where the people resoundingly voted him in as leader and the voice of Oko in the Fae Court.
