He walked out of the surf like a great orcish god. Water streaming off of his slick blue skin. Without pause the great hero strides towards you. Closing the distance between the two of you in a matter of seconds.
Before you can react he hugs you in a tight bear hug. "My friend!" He exclaims as his octopus like grip on you tightens. You are overcome with his fresh scent as he envelops you. He smells like fresh volcanic sand meeting the clean salty surf with a hit of tropical fruit laying deeper within.
"You look well despite that mangy beard of yours!" holding you so tight you can barely breath much less respond.
"Here you need this." His voice is deep like the ocean he just walked out of. He hands you a small tin of beard balm. Do you reach out and take it?
