Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!
Note this excludes minor imperfections within our Adult Toys. Each of our Adult Toys is a one of a kind hand crafted adult action figure for your personal pleasure. Just like real Orcs, these toys come with minor imperfections, patterns, colours and details that will make the toy uniquely yours. Toys with issues that may affect the enjoyment or lifespan of the toy are listed under our Battle Damaged category at a discount. All of our adult toy products are provided without guarantee or warranty As-Is.
Wrong Size

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us here and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order number.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error on the product is at fault and (b) we receive a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.

Returns are not accepted for any reason. Store credit/replacement will be offered for eligible orders.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
( Tusks & Adult Toys)
Refunds are not available for these items. Store credit/replacement will be offered for eligible orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
